Pour approx. 300ml milk or vegan milk in the X-Oats shaker, add a packet of X-Oats, shake and put it in the fridge at bedtime. In the morning, your breakfast will be ready for you.

The longer you leave the oats in the fridge, the better they will become. Our advice is to put the mix in the fridge for at least 2 hours, then the oats and the chia seeds can be hydrated and the whole mix becomes softer. But there are people who mix X-OATS with (vegan) milk, drink it immediately and find it super tasty! Tastes differs, so it’s up to you to choose how you want to drink your X-OATS.
Yes you can drink your X-OATS immediately after making them, however it won’t be a thick porridge but an oat shake filled with delicious flavours.
Yes! Every milk or milk alternative works. Bear in mind that some milk alternatives are often sweetened, which will have a big impact on the overall taste. Our preference is an unsweetened oat milk.
You can, but we wouldn’t advise it. X-OATS tastes best with (vegan) milk in our opinion, but tastes obviously differ for everybody.
The dry product has a shelf life of 12 months. Once mixed with (vegan) milk, we recommend consuming them within 12 hours of placing them in the refrigerator for the best experience.
We love X-OATS cold, but they will also taste delicious warmed up. After preparing your shake and letting it stand (in the fridge) overnight , remove the shaker lid and microwave for 30 seconds. If you’d like to enjoy your X-OATS as a traditional (protein rich) porridge in a bowl, we advise using only 150ml (vegan) milk followed by 1 minute in the microwave and then eating it with a spoon.
It’s like a delicious oatmeal shake! The consistency is such that it will flow freely out of the shaker without the need for a spoon, and it retains that great, classic oaty texture, so some chewing is required.

Absolutely! Many customers have successfully used X-OATS in their weightloss plans. The high level of protein and the nutritious servings help to keep you feeling fuller for longer, which makes the chance of having unhealthy snacks before lunch smaller.
According to our calculations there are 7-8 WW points per serving of 70g.
A few tips that we have learnt from our own WW customers:
Most of our WW customers eat it with unsweetened almond milk to save on calories.
Some of our WW customers will drink only half a serving at a time, because one serving is quite large. X-OATS is ready after 2 hours in the fridge and stays good for up to 36 hours, so for two consecutive days there is a fantastic breakfast ready(or they keep it for a snack later in the day, or after dinner as an excellent alternative for a dessert!)
Yes of course! It is often the case that children skip breakfast or choose unhealthy alternatives. There are only natural sugars in X-OATS and often much less than you will find in most breakfast cereals. Furthermore X-OATS contains fruit, fibre … and protein to build muscles. Children will also feel fuller for longer and won’t be grabbing for the unhealthy snacks so quickly. Feel free to give your kids a portion of X-OATS for breakfast instead of that umpteenth chocolate sandwich or bowl of sugary cereal.
In terms of volume X-OATS is one of the lowest in carbohydrate porridges on the market with approximately 30g (net) carbohydrates per serving. The healthy complex carbohydrates from the oats, combined with the 20+ grams of protein makes for a filling and delicious breakfast that is ready for you when you wake up and that you can enjoy on your way without a spoon.
Typically whole grain oats are not considered part of a keto diet. However, because of all the extras of protein and superfoods, X-OATS is one of the lowest carbohydrate oatmeals s on the market by volume. Our Keto customers split these large portions into two meals for breakfast.
