Starting a subscription is easy. Simply go to one of our product pages, select the desired product and tick the subscription box. Following that choose your desired delivery frequency and you’re done.

A subscription takes away the worry of forgetting to order X-OATS and running out (we know, this would be terrible!). You can register via our webshop and you can end your subscription at any time, free of charge. You choose yourself which products you want to receive and with which frequency. And above all you receive a great discount on our products.

The biggest advantage of a subscription is the peace of mind knowing that your X-OATS will be delivered to your door on time. AND you get at least 20% discount on our products. Sounds pretty good, right?

On our product pages you can choose your delivery frequency. Then during the check-out process you choose your desired payment method. The payment will always be taken at the time of shipment, so usually about 2 days before the products are delivered to you. As long as you can let us know at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery day, we can always adjust or cancel your order.

To manage your subscription, you first have to make an account. Even though you have a subscription, your login details aren’t automatically set up. Click here to set up a login for your account. On the page it says ‘Create Account’. Your account will be automatically coupled with your existing subscriptions. Enter your name and the email address, along with a password of your choice. You will then receive an email to activate your account. Click on the “Activate” button in the email. From here, you can customize your subscription, manage your order dates, postpone an order, change your order frequency, update your payment method and addresses, and deactivate your subscription at any time!

Yes! You can use our custom bundle to create your subscription and customize to your tastes. After you place your first subscription order, simply log in to edit your flavours for upcoming shipments. If you need help opening your account or adjusting your flavours, please contact our team.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account here. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here. Or, if you prefer, we are happy to arrange it for you! Just send us an email on love@x-oats.com and we’ll be happy to pause or cancel your subscription (or make any other changes you want). If you’re pausing, mention in your email how long you plan to pause for.
